Mr. Zhou gave opininions on the seminar on Application of PPP in Utilities Industries

On the afternoon of May 25, 2015, Mr. Zhou, Managing Partner of JianLingChengDa Law Firm, and Mr. Gu, the counsel of the Firm who is the ex-director of Legal System Office of Shanghai Municipality Govt., upon the invitation by Shanghai Association of Utilities and Road Industries, attended the seminar on Application of PPP (Public- Private- Partnership) in Utilities Industries hosted by Shanghai Urban Construction Group.
On the Seminar, Mr. Gu gave his analysis opinions on the nature, meaning, question and his thoughts on the PPP mode. Mr. Zhou gave a speech on the legal system governing PPP mode. Chairman of the Board of Shanghai Urban Construction Group introduced government’s perspective on PPP based on the Group’s practical experiences in the past years.
Ideas were exchanged in detail among all participants.
