Mr. Zhou, Managing Partner of JLCD Law Firm, gave a lecture in a JiaoTong University Advance Course

On May 22, Mr. Zhou Jigao, Managing Partner of JianLingChengDa Law Firm who is an arbitrator at both China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (“CIETAC”) and Shanghai Arbitration Commission gave a lecture to students of JiaoTong University 2015 Advance Course on Arbitration Practice.
The Lecture was about the legal issues concerning the contract management and cost management of construction projects. Mr. Zhou shared his experiences in handling construction cases in the past years. The lecture was warmly welcomed by the students.
Other lecturers in the Advance Course are judge of Shanghai High-level Court, deputy president of law school of JiaoTong University, and professor of East China Political Science and Law University.
