On April 25 and 26, 2015, the 3rd Cross Taiwan Strait Seminar on Comparative Civil and Commercial Law and Precedent Study, co-hosted by the Firm, was held at Shanghai Finance and Economy University and hit a success. Hosts of the event include Research Society on Civil Law of China, Research Society on Civil Law of Shanghai, Shanghai Finance and Economy University, Shanghai Law Society.
Around 130 scholars, researchers and law professionals from Taiwan and Mainland joined the event to exchange opinions and research outcomes on several topics from the perspective of comparative law.
